Sales & Partners

Magento 2 B2B Extensions turn a shop with list prices into a B2B sales channel: quotes and price requests, prices only for approved buyers, vetted company accounts, minimum values and approvals for orders, plus partner, referral and store functions. On this page you find 14 modules for business customers, which Mironsoft sets up personally in your shop. The overview below shows prices and purpose, the text after it helps with the selection.

What do Magento 2 B2B Extensions do, and what do they not do?

Magento 2 B2B Extensions cover what a shop needs once it stops selling list prices to anonymous visitors: quotes, price requests, hidden prices, vetted customer accounts, rules for orders, plus routes for partners, referrals and stores. This category holds 14 Mironsoft modules that handle exactly these jobs one by one. You do not buy a bundle, you pick what fits your sales process.

A consumer shop gets along well with standard Magento: the price sits next to the product, the customer adds it to the cart and pays. Selling to companies stretches that flow. The price depends on quantity or on the customer, an account may only order after a check, an order needs an internal sign-off, and a minimum order value protects the margin. These are the gaps the modules here close.

What Magento 2 B2B Extensions do not replace: an ERP, a price negotiation by phone or a legal review. The modules map your rules inside the shop, they do not set the rules for you. Which prices, discounts or commissions you offer remains your decision. If you are planning trade with companies in general, the guide to the B2B online shop gives the big picture, and the extensions are the concrete toolbox for it.

None of the modules is a download. Mironsoft sets them up personally in your shop, the offer is for business customers, payment is by invoice or prepayment. All prices are listed in the table further down.

How do Magento 2 B2B Extensions lead from a quote to an order?

With goods that need explaining, or with large quantities, B2B buyers want to negotiate. Among the Magento 2 B2B Extensions, Mironsoft Request for Quote (from EUR 349) covers the whole path. Product and category pages show an "Request a quote" button, either instead of or next to "Add to cart". The customer collects several items in a quote cart, enters quantities, can suggest their own price per item and submits the quote.

Guests may request quotes too, optionally with automatic account creation on submit so the history stays traceable later. You decide which customer groups may request at all, and you can limit requests to certain categories or single products. Optionally the module hides prices for selected categories, customer groups or guests and shows "Price on request".

In the admin you keep working on the quote: prices, quantities and shipping options can be adjusted, internal notes are visible to your team only, and a quote can be duplicated with one click for repeat orders. Above a selectable discount threshold the module approves quotes automatically, anything beyond goes to manual review. Every quote has a validity period, including an automatic reminder email.

Once approved, the quote turns directly into an order and the agreed price stays fixed. There is a separate email template for each stage: submitted, changed, approved, cancelled and expired. The module carries the badges Hyvä Ready and Magento 2.4.x.

Which Magento 2 B2B Extensions control price and visibility?

Not every shop with individual prices wants the same thing. Three of the Magento 2 B2B Extensions revolve around the price on the product page, and they solve different cases.

Hide the price, no form

Guests should see no price, but also should not fill in a form. Mironsoft Hide Price (from EUR 149) hides the price and shows replacement text you write yourself. Instead of "Add to cart" a button appears with your label, your colour and your target, for example the login or a contact form.

Let customers ask for the price

Custom-made items and configurable articles have no fixed price. Mironsoft Request Price (from EUR 99) replaces price and cart with "Request price". Contact details and message arrive right on the product page, and every request is also listed in a backend grid.

Customer names a desired price

Here the price stays visible, but the customer proposes one. Mironsoft Custom Price (from EUR 149) checks the value against a hidden minimum and an optional maximum, instantly in the frontend. An admin approval before the order is completed is optional.

All three modules can be limited to customer groups, categories or single products, the rest of your catalogue stays unchanged. With Hide Price, related products, cross-sells and upsells stay visible according to the product description. Whether and how you may hide prices from consumers should be checked legally, this is a hint and not legal advice. Matching modules are listed under Legal.

Hide Price, Request Price or Custom Price: which of the Magento 2 B2B Extensions fits?

The Hide Price product description separates three approaches. This comparison helps you choose:

SolutionWhat the customer seesWhen it fits
Mironsoft Hide PriceThe price is invisible, there is no form, the display is usually tied to loginIndividual B2B prices should only become visible after sign-in
Mironsoft Request PriceThe price is invisible, the customer submits a request through a formThe price depends on quantity, specification or negotiation
Mironsoft Custom PriceThe price is visible, the customer proposes their own priceYou want to allow price proposals, but within fixed limits

If none of these three levels is enough, Mironsoft Request for Quote comes in: the customer collects several items and negotiates the whole quote. Mironsoft B2B Ecommerce Solution (from EUR 799) can also show price and catalogue only after sign-in and set "Price on request" for selected customer groups. It helps to ask how much negotiation your customers really expect. The Magento 2 B2B Extensions can be combined, as long as you define per product group which rule applies.

How do Magento 2 B2B Extensions vet new business customers and map company accounts?

If prices are for companies only, you need to know who signs up. Mironsoft Customer Approval (from EUR 179) puts new registrations on hold. The customer can sign in but stays inactive until you approve or reject them in the customer grid, one by one or in bulk. The grid filters by pending, approved and rejected. Admin and customer receive automatic emails with editable templates, and waiting customers are redirected to the home page, a CMS page or an external link.

Auto-approval can be switched off at any time so that every registration is reviewed, and access can also be withdrawn from accounts already approved. According to the description there is also an approval requirement for selected customer groups only, and a time-based rejection of accounts that wait too long. The module carries the badge Magento 2.4.x but not Hyvä Ready. Please check the display in your theme with us before launch.

If you need more than a single customer, Mironsoft B2B Ecommerce Solution is the broader solution among the Magento 2 B2B Extensions. Several employees work under one shared company account, and each sub-user gets clearly limited rights. New company accounts go through registration approval, manual or automatic, and until then they land on a notice page of their own. On top come quick order by item number or name search, a CSV bulk upload for collective orders and reorder from the history.

More building blocks in the same module: payment methods can be released per customer group, product attachments such as data sheets have their own visibility per customer group, and everything runs across several store views and languages. The price ({pr("MES")}) reflects this scope. If you only need the approval step, Customer Approval is the leaner choice.

Which order rules do Magento 2 B2B Extensions enforce?

Order rules protect margin and logistics. Two of the Magento 2 B2B Extensions step into the cart for exactly that.

Mironsoft Minimum Order Amount (from EUR 149) sets a minimum order amount per customer group, with a separate value for visitors who are not logged in. The cart shows live how much is missing to the minimum, and optionally a progress bar shows the way there. The "Checkout" button stays disabled until the value is reached. You write the warning message per customer group yourself, and it can be translated per store view. Optionally separate minimums apply to single categories or by total order weight. A global switch turns the function off with one click. According to the description it is a pure additional check, the rest of the checkout remains unchanged.

Mironsoft Limit Quantity for Grouped Products (from EUR 129) governs quantities for grouped products, meaning several single items on one product page. For each item you set a minimum and a maximum quantity, for example at least 5 and at most 200 pieces for a screw set. Validation runs in real time in the cart, the mini cart and at checkout, and a violation blocks order completion. The warning message is freely editable, and the limits can optionally differ by customer group. Note for planning: the module only acts on grouped products, not on simple products.

Both modules carry the badge Magento 2.4.x, Minimum Order Amount additionally Hyvä Ready, Limit Quantity does not. A quantity or minimum rule does not replace tier prices. What cart and checkout look like around it is described in the category Checkout & Cart.

How does order approval work with Magento 2 B2B Extensions?

In larger companies not everyone orders freely. Mironsoft Order Approval Rules (from EUR 329) holds orders in a queue until an approver releases them. So that not every order has to be reviewed, you define rules by product, category, order value or customer group, and these can be combined. All other orders pass through checkout as usual. If you prefer it simple, you can alternatively mark every order for review without any condition.

For larger procurement processes there is a multi-step approval chain in which several approvers agree one after another. Who may approve depends on the admin role. Every order has one of three statuses: pending, approved or rejected, visible in the grid at any time. There, orders can be approved or rejected one by one or as a mass action.

The customer sees immediately in checkout that the order is being reviewed. The admin receives an email for every order that needs review, the customer one on approval or rejection. Texts and rules can be set per store view.

To keep the two apart: Customer Approval checks people before their first login, Order Approval Rules check orders after the purchase. The two modules among the Magento 2 B2B Extensions complement each other without replacing each other. How approved orders continue afterwards is explained in the category Orders.

Which Magento 2 B2B Extensions catch product questions and partner inquiries?

Not every inquiry is a price inquiry. Three of the Magento 2 B2B Extensions are pure inquiry channels that differ in target and depth.

A question right at the product

Mironsoft Product Inquiry (from EUR 149) opens the form on the product page, and product name, image and SKU can be sent along automatically. There are up to 4 custom extra fields, a popup or a dedicated page with 4 layouts, a GDPR checkbox and an autoresponder. Inquiries land in an admin grid with the statuses New, In progress and Completed.

Contact from every page

Mironsoft Quick Contact Form (from EUR 149) shows a floating button across the shop. The popup accepts up to 5 attachments, and department routing sends each request to the matching email address. Old requests can be deleted automatically after a period you define.

Qualify partners

Mironsoft Partner-Anfrage-Formular (from EUR 349) asks in 3 steps: category, project details, contact data. We align the categories with you to fit your model, for example reseller types or wholesale tiers. Referral tracking records where the inquiry came from.

The partner inquiry form protects itself with reCAPTCHA through the standard Magento administration, a daily IP limit as well as honeypot and CSRF protection, and moves each inquiry through New, Read and Archived. Product Inquiry offers Magento Captcha, Google reCAPTCHA v2 or honeypot as spam protection. Related but smaller in scope is the regular contact form from Customers & Account. If you want to attach documents such as data sheets, see the additions under Documents.

How do Magento 2 B2B Extensions build a referral programme?

Satisfied customers recommend you, but the shop usually sees none of it. Mironsoft Affiliate & Referral Program (from EUR 349) makes recommendations visible. Customers register themselves in a dedicated affiliate customer group and receive a personal referral link with a tracking cookie. Discount codes can be shared as well, tied to your existing cart rules, and the link travels on via social sharing on Facebook, X and Pinterest.

You define the commission as a percentage of the order value or as a fixed amount per new customer. It is triggered on registration, on order completion or on both. The affiliate dashboard shows the live status of all commissions, the referral list shows email, type, amount and status for each recommendation. Commissions on a customer's own purchases are excluded by default, and a tier system with higher commissions for top affiliates extends the model.

For payout the affiliate submits a request in the dashboard, as store credit or as a voucher. In the admin it passes an approval workflow with the statuses pending, approved or rejected, and a freely configurable minimum payout amount. You export the transaction history as CSV for your accounting.

We name two limits openly. The module carries the badge Magento 2.4.x but not Hyvä Ready. And a commission is not a purely technical question: whether your terms and your tax treatment of referral rewards are correct is something to have checked. This is a hint, not legal advice, the category Legal offers orientation. If you also plan campaigns, look at Marketing & Promotions.

How do Magento 2 B2B Extensions connect stores and online orders?

If you run branches or pickup points next to the shop, you need more than an address list. Mironsoft Filialfinder (from EUR 249) shows stores as markers on a Google Maps map. Radius search works by address, city or postcode, the distance appears in kilometres or miles, and the results are sorted by proximity. You store opening hours per store, and customers check whether a product is available in the chosen store.

In checkout, pickup appears as a shipping option of its own, Click & Collect, next to standard and express shipping. The module suggests matching stores based on the customer address. For pickup you can set a fixed or percentage handling fee, and a country restriction lets you offer pickup only where stores exist.

The number of stores is not limited, and a bulk upload from an Excel file loads all location data at once. You maintain store data and texts per store view. Important for planning: you enter your own Google Maps API key in the module, and according to the product page Mironsoft does not bear the usage costs. The module has no Hyvä Ready badge but carries Magento 2.4.x. We clarify the fit with your theme before setup.

Without the Hyvä Ready badge: Mironsoft Hide Price, Mironsoft Customer Approval, Mironsoft Limit Quantity for Grouped Products, Mironsoft Affiliate & Referral Program, Mironsoft Filialfinder. On Hyvä shops we align the display of these modules before launch. The functions in the table are a short summary each, the full list is on the product page.

What are the limits of Magento 2 B2B Extensions?

Each of the 14 modules solves a clearly defined job. Know these points before buying so that expectations match the function.

  • No ERP pricing logic

Quotes, proposed prices and minimum values work inside the shop. Customer-specific price lists from an inventory system are a topic of their own, see ERP interface.

  • Hyvä is not on every module

Only some modules carry the Hyvä Ready badge. Mironsoft Hide Price, Mironsoft Customer Approval, Mironsoft Limit Quantity for Grouped Products, Mironsoft Affiliate & Referral Program and Mironsoft Filialfinder lack the badge, they carry Magento 2.4.x.

  • Grouped products with Limit Quantity

Minimum and maximum quantities apply per single item inside a grouped product. Do not use this rule for simple products.

  • Legal questions stay with you

Price display toward consumers, commissions, privacy notes in forms and payment terms are for you to check before launch. The modules deliver technology, not legal advice.

  • Your own Google Maps key

The store locator needs your own API key, and you bear the cost of map requests yourself.

  • No numbers in advance

How many quotes, inquiries or referrals result depends on your range and your customers. We make no promises about that.

The limits are not a flaw, they are part of every selection. If a function you need is in no module, we can look at a custom extension.

Which scenarios can you build with Magento 2 B2B Extensions?

Four examples show how the Magento 2 B2B Extensions fit together. They are examples, not templates and not success figures.

Example: wholesale with prices only for approved buyers

An equipment dealer shows guests the catalogue but no prices. Mironsoft Hide Price hides the price, and the replacement button leads to a dealer request. Mironsoft Customer Approval keeps new registrations on hold until you have vetted the company. After approval, dealers see their prices, and Mironsoft Minimum Order Amount makes sure wholesale buyers need a higher minimum than occasional customers.

Example: quote process for special quantities

A manufacturer sells standard items in the shop and large quantities by quote. For custom-made items it uses Mironsoft Request Price, for collective requests Mironsoft Request for Quote. The quote is adjusted in the admin, commented internally and approved, then becomes an order at a fixed price. The validity period and the reminder email keep the process moving.

Example: dealer network and store locator

A supplier with specialist dealers and own shops shows the locations on the map through Mironsoft Filialfinder and offers Click & Collect. Interested dealers apply through Mironsoft Partner-Anfrage-Formular in three steps, and the categories match the dealer types. The status workflow shows in the admin which inquiry is new and which is archived.

Example: referral programme for existing customers

A shop with returning customers starts with Mironsoft Affiliate & Referral Program. Customers register as affiliates, share their link or a discount code, and the commission is triggered on order completion. Payouts are made as store credit or voucher after your approval, above a minimum amount. The terms of the programme should be reviewed legally beforehand.

How do Magento 2 B2B Extensions work with customers, checkout, orders and documents?

The Magento 2 B2B Extensions reach into several places in the shop, so the neighbours deserve a look. Everything about account, login and customer groups is in the category Customers & Account. There you find, for example, access rules per customer group on which your approvals and price rules build. Customer groups are the shared framework, so set them up cleanly early on.

Minimum values, quantity limits and pickup act in the cart and at checkout. Complementary modules for that are in Checkout & Cart. Approved quotes, order approvals and returns show up later in orders, more on that in the category Orders. For data sheets, invoices and delivery notes the category Documents is responsible. The overview of all areas is Magento 2 Extensions.

On the service side the Magento 2 B2B Extensions are part of a larger plan. The guide to B2B commerce describes the field, the page on the mid-market typical requirements of established companies. If you connect inventory systems, read ERP interface, and if you plan a new shop, start at Webshop with Magento.

How does the setup of the Magento 2 B2B Extensions work?

The Magento 2 B2B Extensions in this category are not download files for self-installation. The purchase is a commission, and the offer is aimed at business customers.

Which Magento 2 B2B Extensions should you look at first?

First the rule, then the module

Start with the question of what a visitor cannot do today although a customer expects it: request a quote, learn a price, order as a company. This usually points to one core module that the other Magento 2 B2B Extensions connect to. Talk to us, we match your requirements to the right modules and say openly when a module is not enough. Contact runs through the contact page.

Frequently asked questions about B2B modules

What are Magento 2 B2B Extensions?

They are extensions for trade with companies: quote requests, request or hide price, customer approval, minimum order amount, order approval, desired price as well as partner, affiliate and store functions. This category contains 14 Mironsoft modules.

Do I need Magento Commerce for B2B functions?

The product pages list Magento 2.4.x as compatibility. The data contains no statement about the Commerce edition, so clarify your edition with us before buying.

Request for Quote is a quote process with a quote cart, several items, status emails and conversion into an order. Request Price replaces price and cart with a "Request price" button with a form and a backend grid.

Can I show prices only to certain customers?

Yes. Hide Price hides prices by customer group, category or product, and the B2B Ecommerce Solution can show prices only after login. Whether that is permitted toward consumers is something to have checked legally.

How do I approve new business customers?

With Customer Approval, new registrations land on hold and are approved or rejected one by one or in bulk. Admin and customer receive automatic emails.

Can I set a minimum order amount per customer group?

Yes, Minimum Order Amount allows separate values per customer group, also for guests. Optionally values apply per category or by weight, and checkout stays locked until the minimum is reached.

Customers register as affiliates, receive a referral link with a tracking cookie and share it or a discount code. The commission, as a percentage or a fixed amount, is paid out as store credit or voucher after your approval.

Do the modules work with Hyvä?

Most carry the Hyvä Ready badge. It is missing on Mironsoft Hide Price, Mironsoft Customer Approval, Mironsoft Limit Quantity for Grouped Products, Mironsoft Affiliate & Referral Program, Mironsoft Filialfinder. We clarify the fit with your theme before setup.

Do I get the modules as a download?

No. Mironsoft sets up every module personally in your shop. The offer is aimed at business customers, payment is by invoice or prepayment.
