Privacy Policy

Protecting your privacy is not a bureaucratic obstacle for mironsoft, but an expression of technical respect. In a digital world, data is the most valuable asset, so we handle your information just as carefully as we handle our own code. Here you can find out, transparently and in detail, what data we collect, why we do so, and what comprehensive rights you have as a user.

Seal of integrity

1. Data Controller

The controller responsible for the collection, processing and use of your personal data within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:

mironsoft

Oksana Mironjuk

Espanstraße 87

90765 Fürth, Germany

Email: mail@mironsoft.de

Phone: +49 157 34000096

You can object to this privacy policy as a whole or to individual measures at any time by sending your objection to the contact details given above.

2. General Purposes of Processing

We primarily use your personal data to operate our website, to respond to your inquiries, and to carry out contractual relationships. We follow the principle of data minimization: only data that is technically or commercially necessary is collected.

3. Data Collection and Technical Processing

3.1 Hosting & Infrastructure

Our website is operated on the servers of a specialized hosting provider. The services used include infrastructure and platform services, computing capacity, storage space, database services, as well as technical maintenance and security services.

In this context, we and/or our hosting provider process inventory data, contact data, content data, usage data, and meta and communication data on the basis of our legitimate interest in an efficient and secure provision of our online offering pursuant to Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 28 GDPR (conclusion of a data processing agreement).

3.2 Server Log Files

Every time you use our website, information is automatically transmitted by your browser to our server and stored in so-called log files. This includes:

  • Name and URL of the file accessed
  • Date and time of access
  • Amount of data transferred
  • Browser type and version
  • Referrer URL (previously visited page)
  • IP address and requesting provider

This data is used for statistical analysis, security (e.g. defending against DDoS attacks) and optimizing the website. IP addresses are anonymized or deleted after a limited period, unless they are still required for evidentiary purposes in the case of unlawful use. The legal basis is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR.

3.3 Cookies & Consent Management

We use cookies to improve user-friendliness. We distinguish between technically necessary cookies (e.g. for the session ID or the shopping cart), which may be set without explicit consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR, and analytics or marketing cookies, which require your consent.

You can adjust your cookie preferences at any time via the consent management tool implemented on our site, or disable the setting of cookies entirely in your browser. Please note that this may limit the functionality of the website.

3.4 Local Hosting of Web Fonts

For a consistent display of fonts, we use web fonts. To protect your privacy and avoid any data transfer to external servers (such as Google Fonts in the USA), we host all fonts locally on our own server. No data exchange with third-party providers takes place simply by loading the fonts.

4. Analytics Tools (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited. If you have given your consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR), data about your use of this website is transmitted to Google's servers. We have activated IP anonymization, so your IP address is shortened within the EU/EEA.

Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF), which ensures an adequate level of data protection for the transfer of data to the USA. You can prevent data collection by Google Analytics at any time by installing the available browser plugin: Google Analytics Opt-out.

5. Contact and Forms

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, your information will be stored for the purpose of processing your request and in case of follow-up questions. The legal basis for contractual inquiries is Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR; in all other cases, our legitimate interest in responding to your message (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR).

6. Your Rights as a Data Subject

You have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

Access & Data Portability

You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you in a structured, commonly used format (Art. 15 & 20 GDPR).

Rectification & Erasure

You can request the correction of inaccurate data or the deletion of your data, provided no statutory retention periods apply (Art. 16 & 17 GDPR).

Objection & Restriction

You can object to the processing of your data at any time or request a restriction of processing (Art. 18 & 21 GDPR).

Right to Complain

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority regarding our processing of your data (Art. 77 GDPR).

7. Data Security

Digital responsibility

We implement modern technical and organizational security measures (TOMs) to protect your data against manipulation, loss or unauthorized access. Our website uses SSL/TLS encryption, recognizable by the "https://" in your browser's address bar. However, we point out that data transmission over the internet may contain security vulnerabilities and complete protection is not possible.

8. Retention Period

We only store your data for as long as necessary for the purpose of its collection or as required by statutory retention periods (e.g. under commercial or tax law). Once these periods expire, the data is routinely deleted or anonymized.
