The tasks of Magento 2 Document Extensions interlock. An invoice that is created automatically has to look right. A confirmation email that carries documents needs a clean design. If you combine Magento 2 Document Extensions, think from the document and not from the single module.
Mironsoft PDF Invoice replaces the default layout of the Magento invoice completely. The header shows the title "Invoice", the invoice number, the invoice date and your store logo. The logo keeps its aspect ratio and is not distorted. The item table shows item, quantity, unit price and subtotal, and the default columns are hidden. The subtotal and tax rows are also removed from the totals area, so the final total stays in clear view.
The footer has three columns and carries company name, address, contact person, phone, email and website. Bank details with IBAN and BIC and the tax number are added, directly on every invoice. The shipping address appears only when it differs from the billing address, so there is no duplicate address block.
Two functions save manual work. If the small-business regulation is active, the module inserts the notice under § 19 UStG before the totals automatically. And the VAT label follows the store: the domestic store says "plus VAT", international stores say "VAT included". Three finished, mobile responsive themes are available: Blue Lagoon, Black & Red Tux and Orange Peak. You switch the theme centrally in the backend, and it takes effect on all templates right away.
Logo, alt text, width and height are freely adjustable, as are your own templates for header and footer. Links to Twitter, Facebook and Instagram can be placed in the email. The sending time is handled by Mironsoft Order Confirmation Email. By default Magento sends the order confirmation immediately when the order arrives, even if payment is still open. The module waits for the confirmed response of the payment gateway and sends no email when payment is open or failed. It allows separate templates for guests and registered customers and a list of additional internal recipients. The two modules complement each other without overlap: one controls the look, the other the timing.
With Mironsoft Email Attachments you upload any number of files in the backend and assign them to one or more email types: order confirmation, invoice or shipping email. Each type can be activated or switched off separately. The module needs no change to your email templates and also works with templates you have already customized. It is pure backend configuration, no customer-side code is needed.
Control works per store view. If you run a German and an English store view, you attach the German terms to the German order confirmation and the English terms to the English one. All stored attachments are listed in one place in the backend. An attachment here is a static file that you maintain yourself. If your terms change, you upload the new file.

Some products need material from the customer: a logo for engraving, a sketch, a receipt. Mironsoft Order Attachment moves this back and forth out of the inbox and into the order. The customer uploads files at checkout, on the shipping or payment page, depending on the setting. They can also add files later in their account to an existing order.
You limit what arrives: a whitelist of allowed file types, a maximum file size in KB, a cap on the number of attachments and a character limit for the description of each attachment. In the admin you see all attachments in the order grid with preview, download and delete. You can upload files yourself, leave comments and switch per order whether the customer may submit more files. The upload field can be shown or hidden per customer group, and every new attachment triggers emails to customer and admin.

Mironsoft Custom Shipping Label replaces the rigid default format of your carrier with a label that you define yourself. Width and height are freely adjustable, font size and style (bold, italic, normal) apply per address, and your logo gets a freely chosen position. Optionally the return address is printed on the label as well. The module inserts name, company, street, city, postcode, region and country automatically from the order data.
You print one label with a button in the order or shipment view, or as a bulk action for several selected orders in one pass. Bulk printing produces one PDF with all labels for combined printing. You name the button yourself, and it can be shown or hidden per view. An optional barcode or QR code speeds up scanning in the warehouse, and starter layouts exist for common carriers.
The module designs the label. Whether your carrier accepts this layout is something you clarify with them before printing larger quantities. During setup we align the layout with your corporate design and your carrier.
Anyone evaluating a product looks for the manual, data sheet or warranty where they look at the product. With Mironsoft Product Attachments you attach PDF files, images and documents directly to a product. You upload a file once and assign it to as many products as you like. Instead of the technical file name, the page shows an alias, a readable name such as "Quick guide".
Block title and order are freely adjustable, file type icons are optional, and the number of visible attachments per product can be capped. The key difference from simpler solutions is visibility by customer group: you show a technical data sheet with installation details only to dealers, and the public quick guide to everyone. Visibility controls what the store displays. The file itself is no access protection in the sense of a document management system with a permission concept. Sensitive documents do not belong on the product page.
Mironsoft Product Catalog PDF puts a download button on the product page. One click creates a PDF with your logo, header, footer and the chosen product data. You write the button title yourself, for example "Download data sheet". The button can be switched off in the backend or limited to selected customer groups.
You choose what appears in the PDF: price, description, short description and additional information can each be toggled. The header has three areas for text left, center and right. In the footer you pick page number, date and product URL individually. Font, color and size are adjustable, and a QR code links to the product page or to your website. That is handy when the sheet is printed or handed out at a trade fair.
The limit of these Magento 2 Document Extensions: the module creates the PDF per product page. A single combined catalog with many products in one file is something we cannot promise on the basis of the product data.
