Payment first, then the email
By default, Magento sends the order confirmation immediately at checkout — before it is even clear whether the payment actually succeeded. With payment methods that confirm with a delay (certain online payment gateways, for example), that can cause confusion if the payment later fails. This module holds the email back until the gateway response actually confirms the payment.

Runs through Magento's own template path
The module uses the path you already know under Stores → Configuration → Sales → Sales Emails — no separate, new admin screen to learn. Separate templates for guest and registered customers, plus a comma-separated list of extra internal recipients, are configurable directly there.
