How many sub-users can a company account have?
There is no technical limit. We agree with you during setup on how many sub-users make sense per company account.
Can I approve registrations manually instead of automatically?
Yes, both modes are possible — manual review of every new company account or automatic approval based on defined criteria.
Is this different from your "Hide Price" module?
Yes. "Hide Price" is a standalone, cheaper module just for hiding prices. This B2B solution is a full company account system with sub-users, an approval workflow, and quick ordering — ask us if you only need price hiding.
Can sub-users place orders independently?
Yes, depending on their assigned role, sub-users can place orders independently without the main account approving every order.
Does CSV ordering work with our existing ERP system?
The CSV format is based on SKU and quantity and can be adapted during setup to match a common export format from your system.
Is the catalog then completely invisible to guests?
Force-login is optional. You decide whether guests may see the catalog without prices or a login is strictly required.
Are quote management and sales rep assignment included?
No, this package deliberately covers the company account and ordering core. Quote management and sales rep assignment are not included but can be discussed as an extension on request.
Can I download and install the module myself?
