With the Magento 2 Min Max Quantity from Mironsoft you define for every product how many pieces a customer may put into the cart at the very least and at the very most. The limits apply per customer group and per store view if you wish, with defaults on category level for the whole catalogue. Minimum quantity
Per product you decide from how many pieces ordering is allowed, for example for cuttings or small parts.

Why Magento 2 Min Max Quantity is more than a global rule
Magento knows a smallest and a largest quantity allowed in the shopping cart in its inventory settings. That setting applies globally or per customer group to all products together. As soon as your range is mixed it is not enough any more: a screw is only sold from one hundred pieces, a limited item only twice per customer, and a sample should be orderable exactly once for new customers. How Magento 2 Min Max Quantity differs from minimum order value and grouped products
Magento 2 Min Max Quantity limits the piece count of a single item. The minimum order value of the Minimum Order Amount module, in contrast, looks at the total of the cart, and the quantity limit for grouped products governs the sum across several parts of a set. Staggering quantities in pack sizes, for example only in packs of six, is handled by the Quantity Increments module.
