With the Magento 2 Gift Registry from Mironsoft, customers build a list of wanted products from your shop for an occasion such as a wedding, a birth, a new home or a birthday. One link is all it takes, and family and friends see what is still needed. Whoever buys a present marks it, and everybody else sees the new status. The interface runs on Alpine.js in the Hyvä theme and needs no extra library.

Guests open the list through the link and see every item with its current status. They move an item into the cart or mark it as bought elsewhere. The quantity is reserved at once, so nobody buys twice. The owner does not see who bought what if you configure the list as a surprise.

Control status, delivery address and expiry of a Magento 2 gift registry
When a guest orders from the list, the item switches to bought as soon as the order is paid. If the order is cancelled, the status falls back to open. The delivery address of the owner is pre-filled without the guest being able to read it. After the expiry date the list stays readable but accepts no more purchases.
