Magento 2 ERP integration: connect shop and merchandise system without manual work
The Magento 2 ERP integration from Mironsoft connects your shop to an external merchandise system through CSV files and SFTP, the route that almost every ERP supports. Orders go out as a file, products, prices and stock come in as a file. A mapping defines which column belongs to which Magento field, a schedule starts the runs and an error log shows every line that did not fit. The admin interface uses Alpine.js without an extra library.

The file lands in the outbound directory of the SFTP server, and the export is noted on the order so nothing is handed over twice.

The module checks an inbound directory for new files and reads them in. For each data type you decide whether new products are created or only existing ones updated, whether empty columns overwrite values and how prices in decimal format are recognised. Stock files update quantities, price files normal prices and tier prices. Large files are processed in blocks so that the run does not burden the shop. After the run the module moves the file into an archive.

Mapping editor of Magento 2 ERP integration: assign columns to fields
In the mapping editor you drag the columns of the sample file onto Magento fields, such as article number to SKU or net price to price. For fields without a column you set fixed values, for multi-value fields a separator inside the cell. Simple transformations such as upper case, trimming or replacing characters are possible. Every mapping can be tested with a sample file without changing the shop and exported to keep staging and live identical.

Schedule, error log and feedback in Magento 2 ERP integration
Each data type runs on its own schedule, orders every five minutes for example, prices once at night. The log lists every run with duration and result, faulty lines appear with line number and reason. You can feed an error file with the rejected lines back to the ERP. With more errors than set, the run stops and informs your team. Status files from the ERP, for example on shipping or invoice, set the order status in the shop and trigger the shipping email.
