Magento 2 Shopping Lists: maintain recurring demand once and reorder it any time
With the Magento 2 shopping lists from Mironsoft, customers keep several named lists in their account, for example office supplies, workshop consumables or the monthly order. Every item stores a quantity and a note, the list can be shared with the team and moved to the cart completely or in part with one click. The interface is built with Alpine.js in the Hyvä theme, without jQuery and without an extra library.
Several lists
Each customer creates as many named lists as they need, up to the limit you set.
Quantity and note
Customers store a default quantity and a short note per item, for example a cost centre.
Into the cart
A whole list or only the ticked items move into the cart with a single click.
Team sharing
Lists are shared with colleagues of the same company, either read-only or with edit rights.
Fill from the shop
Product page, category and cart show an Add to list button.
Check on transfer
Prices, stock status and required options are checked again when items are transferred.
Why Magento 2 shopping lists beat a wishlist in B2B
Business customers rarely buy on impulse. They order the same twenty items every month, often in fixed quantities and for several sites. That is why merchants look for Magento 2 shopping lists, a Magento 2 order list or a list for reordering. The standard Magento wishlist was not made for this: it has no quantity per item, no notes and no sharing with colleagues.
Without a list, buyers search for the same articles again or copy item numbers from old orders. With Magento 2 shopping lists the demand is maintained once. If a price changes or an item is discontinued, the customer sees it in the list straight away instead of finding out after filling the cart.
Create and name several Magento 2 shopping lists per customer account
The customer account gets an area called My shopping lists. Customers create new lists there, name them and reorder them with Alpine.js without a page reload. A default list can be created automatically so the first click on Add to list works immediately. How many lists a customer may keep and how many items a list holds is set in the admin.
- Named lists with description and sorting
- Default list for a quick start
- Limit for the number of lists and items per list
Quantity, note and variants: record items in Magento 2 shopping lists precisely
Each item stores the chosen product including its options, such as size or colour for configurable products, plus the quantity and an optional note. The note helps the team, for instance with a hint about cost centre or location. Quantities can be changed directly in the list. If a product has left the range, the item stays visible and is marked as unavailable instead of silently disappearing.
- Options of configurable products are kept
- Note per item for cost centre or location
- Unavailable articles are marked
Add a Magento 2 shopping list to the cart: everything or just a selection
With Add all to cart the customer transfers the complete list, with the tick boxes only single items. During the transfer the module checks stock status, minimum and maximum quantities and required options. Whatever does not fit is skipped and named in a message, the rest lands in the cart. Prices always come from the current catalogue including customer group and tier prices.
- Complete list or ticked items
- Message about skipped articles
- Current prices including tier and group prices
Share Magento 2 shopping lists: colleagues read or edit along
A list can be shared with colleagues of the same company. For each release you assign either the right to read or to edit. The buyer maintains the list, the warehouse manager only views it and puts it into their own cart when needed. Sharing stays limited to accounts of the same company, so no public links are created. The owner can withdraw a release at any time.
- Release with the rights read or edit
- Same company only, no public links
- Release can be withdrawn at any time

Delimitation from multiple wishlists, share cart and quick order
The multiple wishlists module from Mironsoft is meant for private wishes and gifts, with favourite products instead of fixed quantities. Share cart passes a single cart on by link, and quick order speeds up entry by item number. Magento 2 shopping lists are permanent demand lists in the account that a team uses together.
The modules can be combined. The interface runs with Alpine.js in the Hyvä theme, without extra JavaScript.
