Magento 2 KPI dashboard: the key numbers of your shop at a glance
With the Magento 2 KPI dashboard from Mironsoft you see revenue, orders, average order value, new customers and top products as soon as you log in, filtered by period and store view. Small trend charts show the development, and a comparison with the previous period makes changes visible. The values come from a precalculated table, so the page loads quickly even with large amounts of data. The Magento 2 KPI dashboard is configured in a few minutes and can be released per role.
Revenue and orders
Gross or net revenue and order count for the chosen period in one tile.
Order value
Average order value with trend, to see the effect of promotions.
Top products
Best-selling products by units and revenue with a direct link to editing.
Flexible periods
Today, 7 days, month, quarter, year or custom, each with previous period comparison.
Filters
Filter by store view, currency and order status; cancelled orders can be excluded.
Fast and lean
Values precalculated by cron and SVG charts without an external chart library.
Why merchants want to see key figures directly in the Magento backend
The standard Magento dashboard shows a few totals and a chart, but the numbers that matter in daily business sit in different reports. Anyone who wants to know whether revenue this week is above last week, which products are selling and how the order value changed after a promotion has to open several reports and set periods again every time. Many merchants therefore search for a Magento 2 KPI dashboard, an admin dashboard with key figures or a revenue overview on one page.
With the Magento 2 KPI dashboard the core numbers sit on the admin start page. Management and marketing see in seconds how the shop stands in the morning and can switch to the detailed reports if something stands out.
Magento 2 KPI dashboard: key figures as tiles with a trend
Each key figure appears as a tile with the current value, the difference to the previous period and a small trend chart. By default revenue, orders, order value and new customers are active. You set the order and visibility of the tiles in the configuration. The charts are lean SVG and need no external library.
- Value, difference to previous period and trend per tile
- Order and visibility adjustable
- SVG charts without an external chart library
Choose periods and comparison flexibly
In the Magento 2 KPI dashboard, a selection bar above the tiles changes the period, from today to the year or a freely chosen interval. The comparison with the previous period or with the same period last year can be switched on. That way you recognise seasonal effects and see whether a promotion really moved something. The chosen period is remembered per user.
- Today, 7 days, month, quarter, year or custom
- Comparison with previous period or last year
- Selection is remembered per user
Top products and new customers in the Magento 2 KPI dashboard
A list shows the best-selling products of the period by units and revenue, each with a link to product editing. A second tile separates new customers from returning customers and shows whether growth comes from new buyers or from repeat purchases. Products without sales are not listed, which keeps the list clear.
- Top products by units and revenue
- New customers versus returning customers
- Direct link to product editing
Control calculation, filters and rights
For the Magento 2 KPI dashboard, a cron job precalculates the values regularly and stores them in its own table, so the dashboard does not query large order tables every time. You decide which order statuses count, whether net or gross is shown and which roles may see the dashboard. The right for revenue tiles can be assigned separately. A CSV export delivers the figures for your records.
- Precalculation by cron, fast display
- Counting order statuses and net or gross selectable
- ACL rights for dashboard and revenue tiles, CSV export

How we set up the Magento 2 KPI dashboard for you
The process after you place the order.
Alignment
You name the key figures that matter for your business and the order statuses that count towards revenue.
Installation
We install the module, set up the Magento 2 KPI dashboard and run the precalculation over your existing data for the first time. After that, the Magento 2 KPI dashboard shows traceable values in the admin.
Reconciliation
We compare the numbers with spot checks against your Magento order reports.
Rights
We release the dashboard and the revenue tiles for the right roles.
Handover
Your team gets an introduction to periods, filters and export.
Differentiation from the advanced reports
The advanced reports from Mironsoft deliver detailed analyses in table form, for example by product, customer or tax rate. The Magento 2 KPI dashboard serves a different purpose: it shows a few important key figures with a trend on one page and points to the detailed reports when needed.
The two modules can be combined. The charts are SVG, and in the admin the module needs no jQuery and no external library.
No download, but personal setup
Admin KPI Dashboard is not listed here as a ready-made download file to install yourself. The purchase is a commission: we contact you after the purchase, install the module in your shop and agree on key figures, statuses and rights together with you.
