On an appointment page or at the product, the customer first picks the appointment type, then the day and time. Then they enter name, email, phone number and a message. You decide which fields are required. The confirmation appears at once and also arrives by email. Every booking triggers a confirmation email with the appointment details and an ICS file. A reminder goes out some hours or days before the appointment, depending on the type, controlled by the Magento cron. The customer can rebook or cancel through a link as long as the deadline has not passed. You maintain all email templates per store view, including the internal notification to your team.

Admin calendar and management for your team
In the admin you see all appointments as a calendar by day, week or month and as a list with filters. Your team confirms, moves, cancels or marks appointments as done. Staff members and locations can be assigned so that everyone sees only their own appointments. A CSV export supplies the data for analysis. Personal data is deleted after an adjustable period.
