Is the credit memo created automatically?
No, you deliberately create the credit memo manually directly from the withdrawal request in the admin grid — there is no automatic order-status change.
Is the return deadline calculated automatically?
Yes, the deadline is calculated automatically and expires automatically once reached.
Is there a ready-made model withdrawal form as a PDF?
No, the module implements the technical process but doesn't ship a downloadable PDF template. We agree on the form text with you during setup.
Is the module compatible with my Hyvä theme?
Yes, the module is built for Hyvä themes and blends into your existing theme.
Do I need this module if I only sell to business customers?
Usually not — pure B2B shops (§ 14 BGB) typically have no statutory consumer withdrawal right. The module is relevant for shops that also or exclusively sell to consumers.
