Enable SVG safely, not just permit it

Magento blocks SVG uploads by default because SVG files can contain embedded JavaScript code — a well-known cross-site-scripting attack vector. Instead of simply disabling the block, this module automatically checks and sanitizes every uploaded SVG file before it is saved. That keeps the door open for vector logos and icons without taking on the security risk.
