Bring existing reviews along in a CSV file

When migrating from another shop platform, reviews are often lost entirely — a new shop then starts from zero, even though real customer opinions were already there. The CSV file with creation date, status, title, text, nickname, SKU, email, store ID, and star rating is checked on import; entries that already exist are detected and not created twice.

What file format is used for import and export?
CSV only. Other formats such as XML or Excel are not supported.
Which fields are imported and exported?
Creation date, status, title, review text, nickname, SKU, email, store ID, and star rating.
Are review images imported too?
No, image/media attachments are not part of the importable fields, only text reviews with a star rating.
Can I use this module to create fake reviews?
No, the module is intended exclusively for migrating genuine, already-submitted reviews or for backup purposes. Creating fake reviews can carry legal risk under unfair-competition law and is the customer's own responsibility.
Are reviews created twice on import?
No, reviews that already exist are detected and not created a second time on re-import.
Can I leave out customer data on export?
Yes, a checkbox controls whether the export includes nickname/email or not.
How is this different from Review Reminder?
Review Reminder and Review Incentives create new reviews through automated requests. This module manages existing review data for migration and backup — the two work well together.
Can I download and install the module myself?
