01Abuse protection

Reward without giving coupons away

An incentive program without safeguards invites abuse: customers could claim the same coupon multiple times, or receive a reward even though the review was never actually approved. This module unlocks the coupon only once the review is genuinely published, and limits redemption to once per order.

Review Reminder sends a reminder email. Review Incentives is a full reward program with a coupon, abuse protection, and a dashboard. Both can also be combined.
Can a customer get the coupon multiple times for the same order?
No, redemption is limited to once per order or product.
Is the coupon generated immediately when the review is submitted?
No, only once the review is actually published — this prevents coupons for reviews that are never approved or later removed.
Can I limit the offer to certain customer groups?
Yes, you decide which customer groups see the offer at all, and can additionally exclude products or categories.
What exactly does the reporting dashboard show?
The number of coupons issued and redeemed, plus a breakdown by product so you can see where the program has the biggest effect.
Do I still have to moderate reviews manually?
