If you wish, the file leaves only after approval by a staff member. An overview lists open requests with the date received and the time left until the deadline you store. After approval the customer receives an email with a one-time download link that expires after a few days. The file is then deleted from the server.

Every request is logged with timestamp, check method, approver and delivery. The configuration controls data types, deadlines, link validity and the email templates per store view. The log contains no export content, only the process, and can be cleaned up automatically after your retention period.
