Eight new sort criteria

Beyond Magento's default sort orders, customers get eight extra criteria on category and search pages: best sellers, rating, most viewed, newest, wishlist frequency, biggest discount, and price ascending/descending. You decide in the admin which ones are active.

Default sort order that fits the category

A sale category naturally makes sense with the biggest discounts shown first, while a new-arrivals section works best with the newest products up top. You decide, for each category and for the search results page individually, which sort order is active by default — including a freely chosen order of the options in the dropdown.
