Correct orders after the fact, without endangering your bookkeeping
Adjust items, quantities, addresses and payment method on an existing order, while already-invoiced orders stay automatically protected.
Order number, status, date

Correct orders without accidentally altering bookkeeping records
A typo in the address, a wrong quantity, a forgotten item — until now this often meant cancelling the whole order and creating it again. As long as no invoice exists yet, you can correct it directly here, including automatic recalculation. For already-invoiced orders, critical changes to items and prices are locked by default.

In Germany, invoices and other bookkeeping records are subject to statutory retention rules (GoBD). Once issued, an invoice must not be altered invisibly after the fact. This module therefore restricts item and price changes to not-yet-invoiced orders by default. Please clarify usage with your tax advisor beforehand — this is not legal advice.
