Delete without accidentally losing bookkeeping records
The most common cleanup task is spam, test, or abandoned orders with no invoice — exactly those can be deleted here with confidence. Orders that already have an invoice are excluded from deletion by default, so you don't accidentally remove records that may need to be retained.
- Invoiced orders protected by default
- Protection removable only with an explicit admin switch and warning
In Germany, invoices and other bookkeeping records are subject to statutory retention rules (GoBD, typically 10 years). This module therefore excludes already-invoiced orders from deletion by default. If this protection is deliberately disabled, that happens at your own responsibility. Please clarify usage with your tax advisor beforehand — this is not legal advice.
