Three steps instead of a support ticket
Instead of emailing support and waiting for manual processing, the customer finds the deletion option right in their own account. Confirm the checkbox, click the button, confirm the email link — done. You save the manual GDPR deletion handling per request.

GDPR deletion without a retention-law conflict
A common mistake with simple deletion extensions: they either delete too little (real personal data stays behind) or too much (order data disappears despite retention requirements). This module cleanly separates both — only personal account data is removed, order history remains as a decoupled record.

The right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) covers personal data, not automatically the entire order history. Invoices in Germany are subject to GoBD retention rules (typically 10 years). This module therefore only deletes the customer account itself, order data stays retained and decoupled. Not legal advice — please align with your data protection officer or tax advisor before use.
