For genuinely age-restricted products (e.g. shipping tobacco or high-proof alcohol), a simple self-declaration may not be sufficient depending on your catalog and jurisdiction — a real verification method such as identity verification during shipping may be required. This module does not replace legal advice; please check the requirements for your specific catalog yourself or with a lawyer.
